First beach trip of the year was some days ago and very chilly but lovely. Miss L and Mr A played a bit and then we walked alongside the sea for a good while. Blowing away the cobwebs :-)
The beachin winter, I bet that was refreshing!!! Thank you for your support in the fight against weight, it is much needed and appreciated. My good wishes and luck with your fight is sent to you in truck loads because I know hard the fight is!!! YOU GO GIRL, WE CAN DO IT!!!
It was so good we went back yesterday where we had a nice chat with some visiting foreigners who wanted some info on the island of Inchcolm and saw a seal very close in to the shore who was very interested in us! Great fun and slightly less bracing than the last time.

I love the sea and beach, and yes on the winter too! But now i long for summer !!

I love the beach in winter, actually I love the beach any time of the year. It looks as though the kids were having fun.
